海檢集團承擔的國內首次“中壓大功率變頻驅動供電系統實驗平臺研究”項目通過驗收

近日(ri),由(you)海(hai)檢(jian)集(ji)團旗下(xia)青島海(hai)洋工程水下(xia)設(she)備(bei)檢(jian)測有(you)限公司(si)(以下(xia)簡稱水下(xia)公司(si))承(cheng)擔的“中(zhong)壓大功率變頻(pin)驅動供(gong)(gong)電(dian)系統(tong)實驗平臺研究”項目,以視(shi)頻(pin)會議(yi)的方式,順利通過中(zhong)海(hai)油研究總院專家評審驗收,標志著我國(guo)首(shou)次針對(dui)“中(zhong)壓大功率變頻(pin)驅動供(gong)(gong)電(dian)系統(tong)實驗平臺研究”項目圓滿完成(cheng)。

該研究(jiu)項目是中國(guo)海油(you)(you)集團重大(da)攻關課題,聯合水(shui)(shui)(shui)下(xia)公(gong)司進行(xing)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)研究(jiu)及(ji)試(shi)驗驗證(zheng)。課題針對遠距(ju)(ju)離(li)油(you)(you)氣田水(shui)(shui)(shui)下(xia)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)方(fang)案的(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)問(wen)題,開展遠距(ju)(ju)離(li)水(shui)(shui)(shui)下(xia)大(da)功率驅動供(gong)電(dian)(dian)輸配技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)研究(jiu),攻克遠距(ju)(ju)離(li)水(shui)(shui)(shui)下(xia)設備(bei)啟(qi)動造成容量(liang)受限(xian)、充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流和過電(dian)(dian)壓等技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)問(wen)題,解決遠距(ju)(ju)離(li)水(shui)(shui)(shui)下(xia)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)問(wen)題,對我(wo)國(guo)掌握(wo)核心(xin)設計(ji)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu),為深水(shui)(shui)(shui)油(you)(you)氣田開發(fa)方(fang)案的(de)(de)制定提供(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)支撐(cheng)。

經過兩年(nian)科(ke)技攻關,水(shui)下公司先后攻克了(le)自適應參數識別、電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜等效(xiao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)等效(xiao)性(xing)(xing)(xing)等多(duo)項行(xing)業技術瓶頸(jing),完(wan)成了(le)實(shi)驗(yan)平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)的設(she)計、搭(da)建、測試和試驗(yan)驗(yan)證,打破了(le)國(guo)外在水(shui)下供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)試驗(yan)驗(yan)證領域的長期壟(long)斷。利用該(gai)實(shi)驗(yan)平(ping)(ping)臺(tai),對流花16-2油田供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統進(jin)行(xing)了(le)仿(fang)真模(mo)擬測試,結果(guo)顯示仿(fang)真數據與實(shi)際數據幾(ji)近吻合(he),證明(ming)利用該(gai)實(shi)驗(yan)平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)進(jin)行(xing)仿(fang)真測試的可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)、可(ke)信性(xing)(xing)(xing)和可(ke)行(xing)性(xing)(xing)(xing)。

依托該(gai)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)平(ping)臺(tai),可對遠距(ju)離變頻驅(qu)動工程方案可行(xing)性分析和試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)證、可驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)證復(fu)雜工況下(xia)遠距(ju)離變頻驅(qu)動系統(tong)控制策略、復(fu)現(xian)服役項目的故(gu)障現(xian)象和故(gu)障分析評估等(deng),可服務于(yu)油(you)氣開(kai)采(cai)、海底(di)采(cai)礦、海上風(feng)力發(fa)電等(deng)領域。水下(xia)公司將(jiang)依托該(gai)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)平(ping)臺(tai),深耕水下(xia)供(gong)(gong)電系統(tong)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)證等(deng)核心技(ji)術的研發(fa),助力水下(xia)供(gong)(gong)電系統(tong)國產化。
